In January, I was...
In January, I was coming back to school from my long christmas break. My christmas break was a very exciting christmas break, once in a lifetime experience. During my christmas break I didn’t have to go to school for the last week because I couldn’t be there. I couldn’t be there because I was one of the very select few to be selected to play in the Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas. The Shrine Bowl of the Carolinas is a football all-star game that has the best football players in South Carolina play against the ones in North Carolina to help raise money for the children in the Shriners hospital. The Shriners hospital is a very familiar place to me because my niece was once a patient there. Of course the team that I was on, South Carolina, won. The experience to play in a game like that is very amazing. You get to play with some of the players that defeated you in the regular season and even players that you defeated. Some of the players in the game are just unbelievable. I had a good time at the game and my friends and family came out and watched me and helped to support the Shriners hospital for children.
